Masa Madre prepares scratch-made, farm-sourced meals con alma.
Our Meal Kits are a “CSA style” subscription for 4-weeks of family-style meals at a time. Memberships start at $75/week.

We utilize “CSA Style” shareholder model; an idea borrowed from our farm-friends. By creating a “membership share” to our local-foods-focused business, we are able to support our upstart costs, and focus our time on what we do best, food. CSA Members agree to trust the farmer to provide them their abundance of harvests for a certain period of time. In Masa Madre’s case, our meal shares allow us to keep prices low for those that commit in advance to receive our food. It also allows us to keep our attention on cooking, and away from admin work.
Meals are prepared in-house and made available for pick-up in reusable glassware dishes. (A deposit is collected for dishware).
Meals provide multiple servings of scratch-made, farm-focused entree and a fresh salad. Sizes can be adapted to meet your family size.
This service is different than the Personal Cooking Service in that the cost is less, as well the ability for personalization is minimized.

Featuring NM grown and milled flour. Grown by Navajo Farmers and milled by Valencia Mill, in Jarales, NM. Our starter, “Rhastacana” hails from Peru and is the integral ingredient to every loaf.
Weekly Bread orders can be added to any Thursday or Friday share order. (Order by Wednesdays at 9 am).
Our classic loaf, “The Country boule” is $10.00, weekly, rotating specialty loaves are $12.00.
